All items are made-to-order.

2. How do I place an order?
Customers can place an order via our website https://senstial.com.

3. When will I receive my order?
Customers can expect to receive their order within 3-4 working days after payment receipt.

4. How can I receive my order?
We offer both collection and delivery options. Customers can collect their orders at any of our selected cubestores in Brunei-Muara district. Delivery will be fulfilled by our appointed runner services.

5. Can I cancel / change my order?
Customers may not cancel or change their order once payment is made.

6. How do I make payment?
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer to our bank accounts which will be shared in the payment page.

7. Can I exchange / return my item?
Customers may not exchange / return their item as all items are made-to-order.

8. Can I request for a custom design?
We can print custom designs provided by customers. Please contact us for further information.

9. Do you offer gift services?
Yes. We offer gifting services at $2 per item which includes individual packaging (if ordering more than one item), custom printed message, custom printed label (with recipient's name). However, all orders are thoughtfully packaged with premium materials.

10. Do you provide bulk order discounts?
We provide discounts for bulk orders of the same design (both custom and existing designs). Please contact us for further information.

11. Can my order be processed faster?
As all orders are made-to-order, the standard processing time is 3-4 working days. Depending on the volume of orders, the timeline may differ.

12. How do I add more items to my order after checking out?
Our current platform does not offer the flexibility to amend orders, thus, customers will need to make a separate order.
