As all items are made-to-order, refunds and exchanges shall not be entertained unless there is considerable proof provided by the customer of any damage or defect within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Damages / Defects such as follows may be considered: tearing, drastic colour difference, wrongly printed design, and any other case that Senstial may see fit.
- Damages / Defects such as follows may not be considered: minor stitching issues (which does not affect the product performance), minor marks (due to the nature of the material, some marks should be expected), and any other case that Senstial may see fit.
